About Us
The Iota Mu Mu (iMM) Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. also known as the "Naval Academy Ques" is a distinguished group of men, primarily composed of graduates from the United States Naval Academy and other Service Members. Based in Crofton, Maryland, the chapter proudly represents Omega Psi Phi’s Mighty 2nd District.
Chapter History
The vision for Iota Mu Mu Chapter began on Thursday, May 15, 2008, when Brother Daron Fullwood, on behalf of 24 dedicated men, submitted a Form 15 application to the Supreme Council of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Their mission was clear: to establish a chapter that would serve graduates of the United States Naval Academy and mentor the next generation of leaders.
Momentum continued to build. On Tuesday, September 16, 2008, the 2nd District Council voted to advance the proposal to the Supreme Council—setting the stage for a pivotal moment in Omega history. That moment came on Friday, September 26, 2008, during the Congressional Black Caucus in Washington, D.C., when Brothers Daron Fullwood and Jontavius Singleton stood before the Supreme Council and presented the petition. The motion passed unanimously, officially chartering Iota Mu Mu Chapter in Crofton, Maryland.
War Chapter III was born.
The charter was formally presented during the 2009 Second District Winter Council to Brothers Jon Singleton and Zerbin Singleton, marking the official recognition of Chapter #936. On January 24, 2009, Iota Mu Mu held its inaugural chapter meeting. Brother Daron Fullwood served as the chapter’s first Basileus, with Brother Desmond Victor as Vice Basileus—launching a legacy of leadership, service, and excellence in the air, land, and sea.

We are a brotherhood of current and former Navy and Marine Corps officers committed to making a measurable impact through community engagement, mentoring & leadership, and service. Through these, we support in-need families, mentor future leaders, award scholarships, and help veterans transition into civilian careers.
