Mentoring and training are the backbone of our commitment to the next generation. At Iota Mu Mu, we equip young men & women with the support, structure, and skills they need to lead with confidence. From school-based tutoring to leadership development and career prep, our programs are hands-on, heart-led, and rooted in the principles of Omega Psi Phi.
Middy Mentor Program
Prepare young men and women to serve passionately and compete in life to achieve their life goals. We use social activities, mentoring, and tutoring as vehicles to create life opportunities that enable personal and professional growth.

Provide underserved youth the resources and support necessary to take advantage of their educational opportunities; additionally, we cultivate leaders of leaders and set the stage for life success.
Project Manhood -
First Baptist Church
of Glenarden (FBCG)
Boys, 3rd through 7th grade, receive mentoring from our members who instill values and thought patterns that foster leadership within four focus areas: spiritual, academic, social and economic.
Unashamed -
First Baptist Church
of Glenarden (FBCG)
Develops youth (ages 13 - 17) by providing them mentorship, examples, and practical hands-on experiences of leadership and making good choices.
Career Development
Iota Mu Mu seeks to develop and cultivate already talented Midshipman, Cadets, Junior Officers. and underserved Youth;
Provide them an effective network and blue print to launch their Military and Corporate careers.
Groom them through, partnerships, teachings, and example on methods to achieve Life Success.
